Level AAAProvide help -- instructions or a way to contact support -- that is tied to the specific field or task the user is working on, so they don't have to abandon what they're doing to hunt for help elsewhere. A generic link to a site-wide FAQ page does not satisfy this on its own. This Level AAA criterion particularly benefits users with cognitive or learning disabilities.
