1.2.1Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded)
Level AProvide a text alternative, such as a transcript, that conveys the same content as prerecorded audio-only material. For video-only content, either a text alternative or a narrated audio track works. This requirement doesn't apply when the audio or video is itself clearly labeled as an alternative for text.
