レベル AAudio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded)
収録済みの音声だけのコンテンツには、内容を伝えるテキストの代替（書き起こしなど）を用意する。映像だけのコンテンツは、テキスト代替の代わりに音声トラックで説明する方法でもよい。音声や映像がテキストの代替として明示されている場合はこの基準の対象外となる。
