1.3.6Identify Purpose
Level AAAMake the purpose of UI components, icons, and page regions (such as navigation) programmatically determinable -- for example via landmarks or appropriate elements and attributes. When purpose is identifiable, tools can substitute familiar symbols or simplified presentations, and even aid translation. This AAA criterion applies only to content implemented in a markup language.
