1.2.2キャプション
レベル ACaptions (Prerecorded)
動画（同期したメディア）に含まれる収録済みの音声には、セリフだけでなく、話者の識別や重要な効果音も文字で示すキャプションを付ける。聴覚に障害がある利用者が音声なしでも内容を追えるようにするための基準で、音声だけ・映像だけのコンテンツは対象外。
