2.4.1ブロックのバイパス
レベル ABypass Blocks
ナビゲーションメニューなど複数ページで繰り返されるブロックを読み飛ばし、本文へ直接移動できる手段（スキップリンク・ランドマーク・見出し構造など）を用意する。キーボードやスクリーンリーダーの利用者は、ページを開くたびに同じメニューを辿らされると本文にたどり着くまでの負担が大きいため。
