2.4.9リンクの目的
レベル AAALink Purpose (Link Only)
リンクテキスト単独だけで行き先が分かるようにする。2.4.4と違い周辺の文脈に頼らず、スクリーンリーダーのリンク一覧機能で拾い読みしても意味が通ることを求める、より厳しい基準。ただし健常者が読んでも目的が分からないリンクは対象外。
